Founder-led beta. Company setup and workflow review come before protected release is enabled. Confirm fit on one project before moving your team.

Ask every vendor to run the same test.

  1. Plan a date and crew while the kit is short.
  2. Show who owns the missing item and the next action.
  3. Try to show the unfinished plan to Field.
  4. Clear the kit; confirm approval is still required.
  5. Change crew or scope; check whether old approval stays valid.
  6. Submit results; verify Field cannot accept its own work or close the whole project.

These are evaluation questions, not claims that competing products lack these capabilities.

Switch only if the whole operating model improves.

Capability fit

Inventory bids, planning, purchasing, Field, customer communication and financial handoffs. Verify which workflows the beta supports.

Data ownership

Agree where each fact is entered once. Do not assume native integrations or automatic sync without testing.

Migration and cost

Review exports, setup effort, ongoing maintenance and total subscription cost before adding or replacing software.

Sub Structure's current focus

Residential new-construction plumbing execution control: office planning stays free; planned work stays out of Field until readiness and company-designated release approval. This is a founder-led beta, not a universal replacement promise.
